These terms govern your use of the GrowSocialelion managed service operated by Ellelion LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. They cover the hosted service only, not a copy of the agent you run on your own infrastructure, which is governed by the AGPL-3.0 license instead.
The service
GrowSocialelion is an AI agent that researches your niche, drafts content in your voice, and publishes posts and replies to the networks you connect. You direct it, and it acts on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Today every publish requires your approval. If we later offer a setting that lets the agent publish without approving each item, it will be off unless you turn it on, and the clause below on responsibility for autopilot content is what applies once you do.
Your account and content
- You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You own the content you publish through the service and grant us only the permissions needed to operate the features you enable.
- You are responsible for content published from your accounts, including content produced on autopilot with autonomy you enabled. Review your autonomy settings accordingly.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Break the terms, rules, or rate limits of any connected network.
- Publish spam, harassment, deceptive, or unlawful content.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent authorship in violation of a platform's policies.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that put our platform access at risk.
Plans and billing
The service offers a free tier and paid Pro and Scale tiers. Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Open source
The agent is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 (AGPL-3.0). The LICENSE file in the repository is the authoritative text; where anything here differs from it, that file governs. Nothing in these terms restricts or extends your rights under it. Note that the AGPL is a copyleft license, not a permissive one: if you modify GrowSocialelion and make the modified version available to others over a network, section 13 requires you to offer those users the corresponding source. The repository is not public yet, so these rights become exercisable when it is published.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ellelion LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by connected networks on your accounts. We do not guarantee any particular growth, reach, or outcome.
Governing law
Ellelion LLC is organized in the State of Wyoming, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
